Logophile: (noun) a lover of words

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, the first known use of logophile was in 1923.

The etymology (I’ll do a post on this word eventually, but I’m sure you’ll be able to understand in context) of this word are the Greek words logo meaning word and philos meaning love.

Example sentence: I, myself, am a self-professed logophile.
